dress code

The first time I heard about the dress code I was a little. surprised about it, but at the same time I was  expecting to hear about. I heard about other schools having dress codes but never thought I would be wearing a uniform. Although I have no problem with wearing a uniform. I also think the dress code gives the students a better image. I think if students follow the dress code correctly they will start to respect themselves and others more.

I dislike the dress code because I think people should wear what they as long as it is appropriate. I dislike the dress code because I like to wear what I want when I want. I also dislike the schools dress code because I don't like dressing the same as others. I use to think you should come to school as you are. Some have like myself either have a hard time being told what to do, or what to wear.

Although I also agree with the dress code policy in a way. eventually in the real world a person is gonna come by certain rules. To me I look at that  as just growing up in the real world with real responsibilities. I look at the dress code policy as like a uniform for work. you have wake up every morning put on the uniform. I try to think of wearing a uniform as not to look good because i'm not here to impress nobody, just here to learn and graduate. So in my mind I agree with having dress code policies as long as the represent something positive.  

Tom & Jerry

As a child my favorite childhood cartoon was Tom & Jerry. Tom & Jerry was funny and interesting every time I turned on the TV. It was funny because Tom was always chasing Jerry but never could catch him. Jerry was smart and had a plan every time. To me  thats what made the show so interesting. Although every time Tom tried to catch Jerry or however many times Jerry beat up Tom the mouse helped the cat whenever he was in deep trouble. Tom & Jerry also showed me about family sticks together because Jerry and the baby mouse always stuck together. to me the main theme of the cartoon was Jerry and his funny although smart plans because his plans and ideas never failed.
